Online Reputation Management simply states Managing a company website or an individual reputation online.
Mostly, consumers, haters, even competitors disguise as fake clients post bad comments, testimonials and internet damage the reputation.

Case Study # 2: This is about a very famous author on male rights, the author is PhD and has published many books on male rights. He called in saying some women right supporter has posted some fake articles which is hurting his online reputation and conveying bad message among his fans.
